You should have a top graduate degree in engineering or industrial engineering as well as an excellent professional expertise. You look back on several years of professional experience in industry or consulting and you are well grounded in business management and IT. You speak the language of an engineer, you have a lot of experience in managing projects and you know the typical engineering methods used in product development. As project manager you plan the complete project, you are used to manage and motivate the project team, you arrange things with the customer on top management level and you take responsibility for both project execution on schedule and project controlling. A good command of English completes your profile.
