Depending on the project situation you normally work on-site and in a team together with the employees of the customer. Mostly you will be working on several projects in parallel – therefor agility is a matter of course. We expect much and since we operate at different project locations and do not meet daily, we emphasize internal information exchange and good communication. For this purpose we have established regular progress reviews and regular team events. Beside the fact of working together Life Cycle Engineers enjoy to have fun and celebrate together.
